What counts as a person?

Anyone with an active record — employees, interns, contractors and consultants. Archived people do not count, and archiving never deletes their history.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You can still read, report and export everything; you just cannot add beyond the limit until you upgrade or archive someone.

What happens when a trial ends?

Your organization moves to the Free plan. All your data stays exactly where it is, and exports remain available.
